3. Eligibility
To use Custos, you must:

4. User Responsibilities

5. Permissions and Data Access
By adding Custos to your server, you grant the Bot permission to:

- Manage roles and members
- Ban, kick, and timeout members
- View audit logs
- Access necessary server information

6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Custos to:

- Use the Bot in a manner that could damage our reputation
7. Service Availability
While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee that:
- The Bot will be available 24/7 without interruption
- The Bot will be error-free or bug-free
- All features will work as expected at all times
- Data will never be lost (though we make reasonable efforts to prevent this)
We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or make changes to the Bot at any time.
8. Termination
8.1 By You
You may stop using Custos at any time by removing it from your Discord server.
8.2 By Us
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Bot for any server or user who:
- Violates these Terms
- Misuses the Bot
- Engages in activities that could harm our service or other users
- Violates Discord's Terms of Service
9. Intellectual Property
Custos, including its code, design, features, and documentation, is protected intellectual property. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Bot's code
- Claim ownership of the Bot or its features
- Create derivative works based on the Bot
- Remove or alter any copyright notices
10. Third-Party Services
10.1 Discord
Custos operates on Discord's platform and is subject to Discord's Terms of Service and policies. We are not responsible for Discord's actions or policies.
10.2 Advertising
Our website uses Google AdSense for advertising. Your use of our website is subject to Google's advertising policies and privacy terms.
11. Disclaimers

- Your moderation actions on your Discord server
